I am wrapping up my fourth week of the Model Trainer Method and the progress I've made in such a short time is amazing. I'm 48 and several pounds overweight. I was very fit and trim at a few points in my life and didn't think it was possible to regain what I'd lost even with a gym membership and in-person trainer. This program is simple to follow and I saw results so quickly that it kept me motivated even through the hardest workouts.

who we are
Hi Everyone! I'm a mom of three and a former magazine editor and newspaper writer turned health coach. I believe that all women deserve to feel happy, strong and beautiful, and that women’s fitness is — at its very core — about female empowerment. A few facts about me: I graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and grew up mostly in Tennessee and Minnesota. My mom is from Costa Rica, so I spent a lot of time on beautiful beaches when I was young. I love a good beach vacation but home is New York City and there's no place I'd rather live. My favorite indulgences are new sneakers, getting massages and having a fun night out with my girlfriends.
Hey guys! I'm a personal trainer from Canada. I ran my own training business in Toronto before moving to New York to train models and celebrities. I recently earned my Green Card which means I can now work with the public in the USA. I believe that together nutrition and training shape the body, and love helping my clients take charge of their health and happiness. My favorite thing to do is walk my dog Hendrix, who is a pup I adopted back in Canada and love with all my heart.
